iud vlog 😤💉🤰❌👩‍⚕️👀 but fr i had my current mirena iud for over 5 years, and while it was a great 5 years once i hit the 5 year mark my periods got way worse & i couldn’t deal with the cramping i was experiencing so my doctor recommended i take it out (even though technically it is cleared for 8 years) and get a new one! overall, the process wasn’t nearly as bad as i thought as i had been dreading this day for so long 😬 anyways just wanted to share my experience, this is a type of BC that works well for me but may not be for everyone so talk to ur doc and don’t take any medical advice from me ok bye ily!
