#ad low-carb salmon “sushi” rolls 🍣🥒 find @egglife egg white wraps in the refrigerated section at a Target, Whole Foods, and Aldi near you! #ad all you need is⬇️ ⚪️2 everything bagel egg life egg white wraps ⚪️1 ounce cream cheese ⚪️1/4 English cucumber, cut in thin strips ⚪️1/2 avocado, thinly sliced ⚪️2 teaspoons Japanese mayo ⚪️siracha, to taste ⚪️2-4 slices of smoked salmon ⚪️seaweed snacks Lay out two egg life egg white wraps. Spread cream cheese across the center of each egglife wrap. Add the cucumber, sliced avocado, smoked salmon. Top with mayo and as much sriracha as you like. Roll each wrap tightly and slice into 4 bite size pieces. #ad Blackened salmon with mango salsa 🍽️ using @Simply Organic #ad You will need ⬇️ 2 (6-8 ounce) salmon filets 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp Simply Organic Smoked Paprika 1 tsp Simply Organic Garlic Powder 1 tsp Simply Organic Onion Powder 1 tsp Coconut Sugar (or substitute any sugar) 1 tsp kosher salt Mix the spices, coat the salmon in oil and rub the spice mixture all over the salmon. Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes until cooked through and blackened on the edges. For the mango salsa: 1 ripe mango, diced ½ jalapeño, finely diced ½ avocado, diced 1 tsp lime juice A sprinkle of chili lime seasoning Salt to taste Mix it all up and serve over the salmon when it’s done. SMOKED CHUCK ROAST 🥩🔥 All you need 👇 2-3 lb boneless chuck roast Steak seasoning / rub of choice 1-2 cups of bone broth or beef stock Oil to coat chuck roast Preheat smoker to 225° Coat chuck roast in oil & steak/beef rub of choice Smoke for 3 hours, flipping chuck roast half way Preheat crockpot to high Transfer chuck roast to crock pot with 1-2 cups of broth or stock (just enough to submerge it about half way) Slow cook on high for 3-4 hours , also flipping half way and serve! Notes 📝 ⬇️ The rub I’m using is called : Black & Tan by Fire & Smoke 🔥 I don’t like to “shred” the entire chuck roast, I like to cut it in large chunks then down the center of the inside of each chunk and then shred with a fork so the pieces aren’t as long & stringy. 🔑 I store with some of the liquid so it doesn’t dry out 💦 If you guys try it tag me so I can see 😊 #traeger #smokedmeat #highprotein #chuckroast #dinner #mealprep
