I’m Melissa — a curly hair enthusiast, homeschooling mama, and clean beauty advocate living on a farm in Florida. Nine years ago, I did my first big chop (shoutout to my partner Phil for the push! after a lifetime of chemically straightening my hair. Since then, I’ve been on a real journey — learning to care for my curls, navigating extreme postpartum hair loss TWICE after having my two daughters, and doing two more big chops along the way. Now, I’m focused on growing my healthiest hair ever — through scalp care, protective styles, and non-toxic products — and sharing everything I learn along the way.
