DIY Chocolate graduation cap treats!🎓🎓 Here’s one more Idea for you if you have a graduation coming up! These are sooo easy to make and they would be perfect for a graduation party!! All you need is: ferrero rocher Black card stock Super glue or hot glue Ribbon -Cut your card stock into small squares. Glue the square onto the bottom of the Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Then glue a ribbon on top to create your tassel and curl it with scissors! That’s it! DIY floral vase!! I went with a coastal grandmother vibe for this one and I am OBSESSED! 💙 I thought this craft idea was so cool! I started with a clear vase, spray painted it white. Let it dry. Next I peeled the top layer off of a napkin and cut it into squares. Then I painted on a layer of modge podge on the vase. Applied the napkin square to the vase then painted a layer of modge podge on top of the napkin. Repeat all the way around and that’s it!! Let it dry and it will dry clear. Here is the process of changing out my rugs and styling our bedroom! I am in love with this rug! I love the Persian design and the warmth of it! I like for our bedroom to be warm, cozy, and calming. Changing out the rugs is not an easy process.. hahaha it’s a bunch of lifting and dragging.. 🤣 Thankfully I had Kolters help to lift up the bed for me. Anyways. DIY chocolate ice cream sprinkle bowls! 🍦🍒 I got this idea from @ashleymariesavage_ she has the cutest ideas!! And these chocolate bowls are so cool! I wasn’t sure how these were gonna turn out but when I popped the balloon I was amazed!! lol My kids thought it was so cool. Supplies needed: Balloons Chocolate Sprinkles Directions: Melt chocolate. Dip balloon in melted chocolate. Dip chocolate coated balloon in sprinkles. Put in freezer to harden. POV: your husband tears down your old fireplace to build your dream fireplace!! 💕💕 I’m so in love with the new fireplace! I feel like it really upgraded the room! For a while now I’ve felt like our living room needed something, I just didn’t know what it needed. The other fireplace was pretty but I wanted something with more of an earthy organic feel, something that felt more custom. So we decided to do an all stone fireplace! I knew I didn’t want all white stone and I also didn’t want it too dark either.. so we went with a neutral cream colored stone and it feels perfect in here! Kolter did all of the renovation himself. I was the support person cleaning up all the messes….😂😂 With the fireplace makeover we also changed the firebox size. Our old firebox was kind of small, it was an 18 inch firebox and the logs were smaller too.. The new one is 34 inch. So nearly double the size of the older one and I feel like that really helped the overall look! We also didn’t have a hearth on the old one and I really wanted a raised hearth for some height off the floor. And lastly, the finishing touch was the mantle! We found the mantle at a local store that sells rough cut lumber! What do Yall think? I also made a transition video of the before and after. DIY Easter cookie cake! I love these layered cookie cakes! They are so simple to make and turn out sooo cute ! Plus they taste really good too! All you do is: Spray a cheesecake pan with non stick spray! Add your sugar cookie dough and press into pan until it fills in the entire bottom of the pan. Then layer the Easter bunny sugar cookies on top! Lightly press them into the existing dough. Bake at 350 degrees until it looks done…😂maybe 12 minutes or so. lol Once it’s cooled down from baking, pipe icing around the edges. Top with sprinkles and that’s it !! DIY floral basket pool noodle hack! 🌷I got this idea from @ashleymariesavage_ All you do is cut a pool noodle into small pieces. I measured my basket to see what size mine needed to be. I cut my pool noodles a little lower than the height of the basket so that they wouldn’t stick out the top of the basket and show. Once you cut the noodles, put them in the basket until it’s completely full.
