30MIN GLUTE WORKOUT🤰🏻 Hiiiii🙋🏽♀️ I’m still here doing my best to move my body and navigating the changes I’m feeling with my training. My energy levels are very up and down, most days I feel pretty good and others I feel so fatigued, so just taking each day as it comes. I have been so busy over the last week I have only had time and energy for shorter workouts but the movement does wonders for how I feel mentally and physically🥰 sending love to all my amazing mamas growing little humans, you are doing such an amazing job🤍
