Soak fruity pebbles and milk for 20-30 mins then strain fruity pebbles (optional but gives an amazing flavor!) 2. Mix in sugar free vanilla pudding and 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder and blend until smooth then freeze overnight! 3. Place into the Ninja creami container and press the scoop setting. Once it’s done, add a touch more milk and then hit re spin. 4. At this point it should be creamy! Add 1/2 cup fruity pebbles and click mix in. Combine beef, lamb, onion, garlic, parsley, and all the spices in a large bowl. Mix just until combined—don’t overwork it. 2. Form into 10–12 thick, oval-shaped logs (about 4–5 inches long, 1 inch thick). Press them tightly so they hold together. 3. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to help them firm up. 4. Heat your flat top grill or cast iron over medium-high. Add a bit of avocado oil and or some butter to coat the surface. 5. Cook the koftas for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
