Desbloquea tus dominadas 🦾 Así empezó mi historia con las dominadas, por mas tres años use la máquina asistida viendo nostálgicamente como otras personas podían hacer sus dominadas libres, hasta que un día decidí cambiar esa historia con las bandas de poder 1. Usa una banda de poder con una resistencia que te permita hacer con esfuerzo 12 repeticiones, si eres principiante empieza aplicando la técnica de fase negativa solo con la mitad de tus reps, el resto de reps termínalas teniendo presente no ir de afan haciendo el rango comoleto extendiendo tus brazos complesmente sin perder la tension en tus dorsales | 3-4 series 2. Cuando esas reps se empiecen a sentir más fáciles disminuye la resistencia de la banda hasta que puedas hacer de 12 a 8 reps siguiendo los mismos principios | 3-4 series 3. Si la fatiga muscular te da para hacer 1-2 series de negativas maravilloso. Combina ambas técnicas para mejores resultados Eventualmente cuando estes haciendo tus series de negativas sin banda, te darás cuenta que podrás hacer al menos 1-2 reps libres 🤌 Usar la máquina asistida también es una alternativa pero tienes usarla a favor de desarrollar fuerza. Aplica los mismos consejos para que le saques mayor potencial.
