The implementation gets a bit tricky when motivation is low. So just decide that you are gonna do it. 4 weeks is going to pass by regardless. You will either be ripped or still fluffy 🤷🏽‍♂️ Remember… This is not something sustainable. Like I mentioned at the very beginning of the video. I do not recommend you sustaining this for more than 6 weeks. All you have to do is pump the breaks just a little when you start seeing that you are burning way too fast.
